The Role:
Specific land administration responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Preparing and executing land documentation;
* Preserving, amending, and terminating land right records;
* Registering caveats, utility rights-of-way, discharges and transfers;
* Conducting legal, data and information collection;
* Monitoring landowner helpline - landowner changes, notifications and queries;
* Inputting land agreement data into land systems;
* Supporting Field Representatives and Regional Maintenance Programs;
* Processing annual and ad-hoc land payments and invoices;
* Requesting, reviewing and preparing third party agreements;
* Supporting acquisition and divestiture projects;
* Monitoring industry notifications.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Land Administration diploma
* SAP
* 4-8 yrs. experience
