The Role:
Equipment selection from Process Engineering Data
Write Package Equipment Standards and Specifications for Project
Discussions with Equipment Suppliers
Create Data Sheets and Duty Specifications for Equipment Packages
Create Budget Enquiry Requisitions for Equipment Packages
Technical evaluation of Vendor's budget quotations
Technical activities involved with Requisitioning of Equipment
Checking and Approval of other Mechanical Engineer's deliverables
Review of other disciplines drawings and documents
Provide technical and cost information to support other disciplines
Attend design review sessions
Resolution of queries from other disciplines, Vendors and Client

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree with membership of IChemE or IMechE preferred; will accept significant experience as substitute.
Key Previous Experience
Over 15 years experience in Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industries.
To have been responsible for at least two significant onshore equipment packages orders from requisition to delivery.
