The Role:
Oversee the management of the client Dealer Website programme across 230 websites, 60 countries and 26 languages alongside the clients chosen supplier to support the clients corporate objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of business as usual services for dealers through the Dealer Website partner.
- Deliver continuous improvements / optimisation to the client Dealer Website programme based on business priorities, dealer feedback and key performance indicators.
- Support new model launches by market and deliver updates to vehicles in line with model year product actions.
- Set up new dealer partners, ensuring the completion of suitable training on the platform.
- Report the on-going performance of the programme in to the client business.
- Ensure best practice search engine optimisation of the platform by market.
- Delivery of an on-going communication plan, best practice training and education of the clients retail partners to extract the value of the programme.
- Work with local stakeholders to ensure the legal compliance of the programme by market.
- Provide a web analytics reporting platform to enable dealers to self-serve in understanding the performance of their websites.
- Support the Pre-Owned Stock Locator programme as part of an integrated part of the client Dealer Websites.
- Work with other key internal stakeholders, such as Aftersales, to ensure that their programmes are suitably represented within the Dealer Websites.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience of having worked with a luxury brand in delivering digital products / services to high-net worth individuals with a clear understanding of their motivations and behaviours.
- Substantial experience of having worked within the automotive industry with a clear understanding of the manufacturer / market / retailer business model.
- A proven track record of leading web technology projects within organisations that have delivered a positive benefit for customers based on a strategic vision.
- Demonstrable experience of having successfully managed change within a complex organisational landscape.
- Experience of having run effective customer-facing campaigns to acquire new users of a service alongside internal communication programmes to deliver successful engagement.
- Demonstrable project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Ability to self-start, demonstrating proactivity and taking of initiative.
